At TOVE Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the parcel is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
